Several people have heard my testimonial regarding OPC3 and asked that I given them a written version. I am pleased to comply.

I have had very high blood pressure most of my adult life. I suppose this was a result of the self-imposed high-pressure life style I had chosen—College Professor & Vice President, Thoroughbred Breeder/Trainer, Politician who worked in many national campaigns and once ran for Congress. I was prone to excess in many areas.

The costs to my health were significant. With a constant blood pressure reading, which climbed to 180/160, my heart became enlarged. Eight years ago I began experiencing congestive heart failure. I was unable to sleep lying down. My lungs filled up with fluid and I could not breathe. So I slept sitting up. Finally my doctors put me on the heart replacement list. I thought this was the end. I was taking 7 or 8 heart and blood pressure medications. They finally got it down to 140/110 by putting me on the medication they give shock victims in emergency rooms. Still, this was not good enough, but it was good enough to get me off the transplant list.

In late June of 1999 I started taking OPC3. I did not do this to deal with high blood pressure and congestive heart failure. I just thought it would improve my life some way. By September, my BP had dropped to 120/90. This is good, but not as good as it gets.

I go to my see my physician monthly. My blood pressure continued to drop. I was elated and told my physician about OPC3. He said he didn't know anything about it, but to continue to do whatever I was doing. I did.

By March 2000 my blood pressure was down to 104 over 74. Unbeknownst to my doctor I had slowly weaned myself off of his heart and blood pressure medications. When he saw this reading, he suggested that we start going off of the medications he had prescribed. I agreed, even though I did not tell him I was already off them.

He sent me in for another echogram. The results were excellent! Because my blood pressure stayed down, my heart was showing signs of recovery. It was only slightly enlarged. My ejection fraction was 60. This was astonishing to my physician.

My last reading was May 4, 2000. It was 90/60. A stress test followed. The results were excellent. I can exercise as much as I want.

This date makes my one year anniversary of my new lease on life, and I would like to thank you and Market America for the wonderful products you have introduced me to. In the previous eight years, I had triple by pass surgery, subsequent angioplasty, diabetes, high blood pressure, increasing sinus problems, frequent heart palpitations, and advancement of constant arthritis pain, in my shoulders, arms, hands, and feet, especially in my feet, so I could walk only from my car to inside the mall and I would have to sit down. My doctor had put me on Pycnogenol tablets, for three months I took them and I did not notice significant change... Then, you introduced me to OPC-3... I took a double dose as recommended daily, and within a few weeks I noticed changes little by little...First the throbbing pain in my hands and feet disappeared, next I noticed that I had not taken any sinus pills for a while and here it is a year later and I still have not had to take a pill for my sinus. OPC-3 is great. Next I noticed I could walk up a flight of stairs normally instead of one step at a time like I used to.

Before I took OPC-3 I could not open my hands to reach an octave on my piano, and had not played for over a year, but now I have no problem with my hands. My cardiologist had started me on a physical therapy program in his rehab clinic with an ultimate goal of ten minutes on the stress walker. I could not get beyond six minutes without my leg giving out on me. After three months on OPC-3, I was now able to do ten minutes and after I rest a half hour I go back and do ten more minutes. My blood pressure has been normal for the past year and so has my blood sugar been normal. I have more energy, I can be on my feet longer, go shopping and I keep on improving. I'm almost 81 years old. I also take CoEnzyme Q10 and Oxygen Plus, daily.

I have a niece who is 5 and has severe asthma. We started her on OPC3 in Dec. and she is doing well. She too was using a home nebulizer with Albuterol and steroid inhalants. Her Mother was apprehensive about giving it to her so she took it to her Dr. and asked first. Of course, the Dr. didn't know much about it but said it "wouldn't hurt her." No kidding!!! I give it to all my kids and 3 of them have severe allergies that lead to sinus infections many times a year. They are sooooo much better and not using Allegra and Claritin anymore. They get a slight cold now and then but no big problems.

I now give it to my 15 month old in her sippee cup along with Vit. C. I really swear by it for all my own sinus problems and many aches and pains in my joints. There is nothing like it. I asked my Nurse Practitioner and the allergist office what she thought of it as I told her how it was helping all my kids, and she takes it herself!! She said it's a great product!! I'd rather buy OPC3. from myself than thousand of dollars worth of antibiotics and allergy meds from the pharmaceutical companies!! Plus the cost of the office visit, the time, the hassle, and having sick kids. Get the picture. Try OPC3. It can't hurt you, but it could just change your life!!

I can tell you my own personal story. I have been allergic to "everything" since I was born - certain foods (seafood, too much citrus, chocolate, etc..) would cause me to stop breathing - I was in intensive care many times over the years, and finally started taking allergy shots for years to help make my life bearable. I finally started an organic farm and grow my own food to help with my allergies to chemicals and pesticides. That helped...the final part of the equation was the Isotonix line - I used OPC3 - 2-3 caps each day for 3-4 months and slowly my allergies have been controlled.

I can now function like a normal human without the constant companions (kleenex, OTC allergy medication, prescriptions, inhalers, and a medical alert bracelet) that were a daily part of my life for 40 years! I love the Isotonix line - and would not be without my daily "tonic". I don't use any medications, have no problems with seasonal allergies, and can eat most food (I still avoid seafood -! do! does a bad number on my breathing). But overall, I'm 98% better! I am writing to you today to express my thanks for such a wonderful product - OPC-3.

My brother-in-law told me about OPC-3. He said it was grape seed, pine bark, red wine extract & bilberry and that it was drinkable. It sounded safe enough but how was this going to help me or better yet, my husband. He said people were feeling better and getting relief of many different symptoms including sinus problems and painful symptoms of back injuries.

Since my early teens, I suffered with allergy symptoms. It was chronic sinusitis. In between repeated doses of antibiotics, I just learned to live with the tension headaches, stuffy nose, red and watery eyes and the facial pressure. By the time I was in my late twenties these symptoms were a part of my every day.

At that time, my husband was suffering from sciatica related to a back injury. He could not bend down, sit in a car or put on his own socks or shoes. A good night's sleep was a thing of the past. After one back surgery, and no relief, we consulted with five different Neurosurgeons. They felt the symptoms were related to the scar tissue. They suggested another surgery but we realized with another surgery would be more scar tissue! We were only 30something and we were falling apart. Needless to say, we both started on the OPC-3 and treated it like our last hope.

Wihin three to six months of taking OPC-3 faithfully, (2 caps in am & 2 caps in pm) my husband's leg pain was gone. He could actually feel and see the difference. When he was suffering, the leg felt like cement andhe didn't have any strength in the muscles which caused it to atrophy. That was gone. I noticed he wasn't getting out of bed at night and he was so much happier. When the symptoms are gone -- you don't miss them!

As for my sinus problems, I had experienced a "healing response" for several months. My sinuses drained daily. It was a very gradual process when I thnk back. After being symptom-free I had forgotten how bad I really was. Until one day about a year ago, I was cleaning out my closet when I found an old purse. I began to clean it out and the sight of the contents made me drop to the floor! There were prescription bottles of antibiotics, Fioricet for headaches, three different over-the-counter sinus/allergy products, cough drops, nasal sprays, tissues and eye drops. I realized at that moment how bad I really was. I thanked the Lord for opening my mind to trying this wonderful, natural product - OPC-3.

I shutter to think of where our lives would be if we would have continued on suffering. John and I are now symptom-free. We take a maintenance dose of 2 capfuls each and every day. OPC-3 has given us our lives back.

Hi!, I have an 8yr old daughter who also suffers from allergies and on a seasonal basis allergy driven asthma. She has suffered from allergies since the age of 3. We were constantly taking her to the Drs. offfice for antibiotics for the what seemed like eternal sinus infections. She was taking Claritin which helped, we were only perscribed antibiotics 2-3 times every 2 months (3X10 days=30 days). I started her on 1 cap of OPC. Her allergies improved. After checking with the Doctor I increased to 2 caps and 1 cap of Vit. C. She no longer gets sinus infections. She does not catch everything going around AND she has been off the claritin for over a year and a half. I once took her off the OPC 2 weeks prior to being tested and within 8 days she got a sinus infection. After testing, it took 4 days to clear up the infection with OPC & Vit. C. I should have gone back to the hospital and shown all the Drs. and staff. She has not had any sinus infections or asthma incidences since.

Thank you!!! For the past 10 years I have been suffering with symptoms of arthritis, including pain and stiffness in my joints, especially in the early morning. When I would wake in the middle of the night to nurse my infant daughter, I would literally fall over from lack of flexibility in my ankle and toe joints. My hands and heels were swollen and in so much pain, it was difficult to type or do routine chores, or put any pressure on my feet, which made it almost impossible to walk! My mother suggested that I use the OPC3, and although very skeptical, I began to take a double dose daily. Within 1 week, I noticed a remarkable difference, and within 3 weeks, I experienced no pain, whatsoever! I have now been taking the OPC3 for 1 1/2 years, and have yet to experience any pain! I continue to take a double dose of the OPC as well as the other isotonix products which I firmly believe have led me to a significantly healthy lifestyle in where I have experienced no further migraines, colds, flu's, mood swings and much more.

I would also like to add, that since having my 3 children, I have gained approximately 45 pounds! I have tried every diet known to mankind and have not stuck with it because of one reason or another for the past 4 years. After recently giving birth to my daughter, who is now 7 months old, I started taking the ThermoChrome Select and have stuck with a reasonable exercise program and have lost a total of 30 pounds (within 5 1/2 months) and will continue to lose the remainder of the weight that I gained in the past 4 years. OPC 3 has been very good for my husband Gerry and myself. We have been taking it for about 9 months. This past winter was the first winter in a long while that Gerry did not get a severe chest cold, in fact, he didn't get any cold. He also had shoulder surgery in February of this year and his physio therapist is amazed at his fast recovery and at how quickly his incision healed.As for myself, I did get the flu this winter, but unlike everyone else who had it for several weeks, mine was gone in a week. We also have a lot more energy and the arthritis in Gerry's knees has improved greatly. We highly recommend this product to anyone interested in improving their quality of life along with better health.

Kathy: My sister's son had a severe case of ADHD and was on prescription meds for three years and the problem worsened. She started intense research into the natural alternatives and she removed all sugar products from Lance's diet and started him on OPC's and colloidal minerals. (This was before either of us joined Market America) He went from a "C" and "D" student to an "A" and" B" student in about 3 months. She was able to wean him completely off the meds that he was on in 6 months. I would suggest your friend try 2 caps of OPC and 1 cap of Mineral Blast and see what happens. Also the sugar needs to be removed from his diet . Strangely enough, my nephew can now eat some sugar without feeling the consequences, but he stayed off sugar for about 8months.Hope this is some help.

Dear Missy; diagnosed as ADD My son, Daniel, has been diagnosed as ADD for 3 years. On Ritalin and Dexadrine, he had a difficult time with side effects. And it didn't seem to help him that much. He would be crazy on withdrawal from the medication. While it helped somewhat in school, it caused him to be depressed and even talk about suicide. In short, things looked pretty bleak. A 10 year old that you love talking about suicide is quite alarming.

Last summer, I tried the OPC-3 with testing by the head of the school's Special Ed department. First, I took him off all medication for 3 weeks. Then he was tested for several hours with a battery of tests. This was the baseline test. Then I gave him the OPC-3 (2 capfuls daily) for 45 days. Then he was retested. In 6 out of 8 categories, he improved. In 2 of the 6, the improvement was over 3 years! These categories of improvement were related to listening and verbal skills. ADD children have difficulty in following instructions. This is where he improved the most.

Mr. Sandusky, the head of Special Ed, said this OPC-3 has definitely helped my son. I am currently giving him OPC-3 and a small dose of Cylert, an ADD medication. He seems to be doing very well and is now main-streamed to a regular class. He is almost never depressed. I know that the OPC-3 has helped his depression dramatically. This letter is being written with sincere appreciation to Market America for making OPC3 available. I would like to relay my testimony on behalf of this great product. In 1991 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Before I was diagnosed, I thought I was dying of some horrible disease but the most frustrating was the fact that no one understood including my doctor. Because I looked normal and in good health and after all the tests were run without showing anything wrong, my doctor decided that I must have Lymes Disease because had most of the classic symptoms. Some of my symptoms were no energy, pain in certain points on my body, couldn't sleep through the night because it was hard to find a position that didn't hurt, my wrists and hands hurt so much, I couldn't even wring a dish cloth, the most painful of all was walking. My back and hips hurt so bad, getting out of bed or a chair was extremely painful because I would get so stiff, it took a few minutes just to limber up enough to walk. It took some time to do my hair because I couldn't hold a blow dryer or curling iron for more than f few seconds at a time.

After treating me for Lymes via intravenous antibiotics which were given to me once a day for two weeks (I had severe allergic reaction to the drug, I thought I was going to die) after that didn't achieve the results he wanted, my doctor gave up and wanted to send me to Mayo Clinic for further testing. I am so glad that I went to see a Chiropractor instead. When I went to see him, I was in so much pain that he could barley touch me. At that point he asked me if I had ever heard of Fibromyalgia. Of course I said, "No". He was pretty sure that I had fibromyalgia and gave me some literature and asked me to read it and see if I agreed with him. I could have cried after reading the material, because it described exactly how I felt. I was so excited to know that I was not dying and that what I had actually had a name. I continued to see my chiropractor once a week for several months and then backed off to twice a month for the next 3 years.

My pain never went away, but I could at least tolerate it some. I became a distributor with market America in October of 1996 and at that time started taking the OPC3 and within two days my pain was gone and I had so much energy and for the first time in years I slept like a baby. It has been a year and a half that I have been taking OPC3 and living a normal life. I will never stop taking OPC3. My husband, Michael, is very glad to have a happy wife again. In fact, he started taking the OPC3 shortly after for the arthritis in his wrist, he figured if it did this much for me then it could only help him also and needless to say he is very pleased with the results. I would also like to add that all my allergies are gone, I used to suffer from severe hay fever, I helped keep the antihistamine and tissue industry in business. Also, my husband's nighttime twitching disappeared.

My chiropractor is very pleased with the results of my taking OPC3, that he has recommended it to some of his patients. I only see him on an as needed basis every few months. My son, Layne, now nine years old suffered from constant sinus infections; our doctor told me that it would be a fact of life for him. All through first grade he missed a total of 23 days due to sinus infections and colds. I got him started on OPC3 and during second and third grades did not miss any days of school due to illness. He is very proud of this fact and does not hesitate to tell anyone that it is the OPC3. Last July 16th, I became an "UnFranchise" owner. I wanted to buy the OPC3 and Isotonix for my twin daughters that were suffering from Fibromyalgia. They had finished their first year of college with Mononucleosis and spent most of the summer of 95 recuperating. They had to quit playing college field hockey because they were not able to run and practice because they hurt too much. The doctor ran tests and their mono was gone, and sent them to a specialist on Easter vacation of 1996.The Rheumatoidologist ran blood tests and indicated it may be Lupus. After nine to ten months of trying strong medications, the girls said enough is enough., and stopped all medicines. The specialist said it was Fibromyalgia and to take Ibuprofen since the medication did not help them.

After a year of taking OPC3, Isotonix B-12, Calcium Plus, Vitamin C and Aloe they are doing great. The one has even stopped her allergy shots, which she has been taking since she was eight years old. They went for a run just last week and she did not even take her inhaler for her asthma. She started to take the ThermoChrome Select, which has Ma Huang, which is helpful with asthma. She was also able to go off of her thyroid medicine. It is very hard to watch your children, who played basketball, field hockey, and ran track in high school, suffer with pain and not being able to sleep. Just 2 years ago their future looked rather dim.

Today one is heading for veterinary school and the other one is a medical technologist, and both are getting married this year. P.S. Amy ran out of the OPC3 and was off of it for four days. Her hands ached so bad that it hurt to hold the steering wheel of the car. She took a loading dose for one week and then went to her normal two caps in the morning and two caps in the evening. She has no doubt that OPC3 has given her her life back.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1994. I was in such pain that I could not do any house cleaning or even carry in my own groceries. I was introduced to OPC3 in October of 1996. A year has gone by and my life has changed drastically. I take 2 doses of OPC3 and 1 dose of MultiTech daily. This past Saturday I cut my grass, raked leaves and used the blower to blow leaves off the driveway. Then I came in my house and cleaned the rest of the day. I am not always 100% pain free, especially when I overdo it. But, I would never have dreamt that I would get my life back when I started on these Market America products. They have been a true blessing for me and also my husband. A year ago he had 3 bouts of pneumonia before Christmas. In April he went on 2 doses a day of OPC3. He has not even had a cold since April. We are truly thankful for these life-changing products.
